Choosing the right BBs for your airsoft gun can greatly impact your game performance. To help you make the right choice, here are a few guidelines to consider:

1. For more powerful airsoft guns, it's recommended to use heavier BBs for increased accuracy.
2. Metal gear AEGs should use .20g BBs or heavier, high polish, competition-grade BBs for better results.
3. Bolt-action snipers should use .28g BBs or heavier to achieve better accuracy over long distances.
4. Heavier BBs may increase accuracy but reduce velocity.
5. Airsoft guns that are budget-friendly ($50 or less) typically use .12g BBs.
6. 0.20g BBs are a general all-around choice for airsoft guns that shoot between 250-370 FPS, and they're also an economical option.
7. 0.25g BBs are more accurate than 0.20g BBs but they don't travel as far. These are recommended for airsoft guns that shoot between 350-425 FPS.
8. 0.30g BBs are ideal for Sniper Rifles that chrono over 425 FPS as they offer better accuracy and stability over long distances, especially in windy conditions.
9. For eco-friendly players, Biodegradable or Bio BBs are an excellent option. Made from a specially compressed biodegradable fiber and coated with resin, they break down when exposed to the elements. They are available in different weights to suit your needs.
